Nandkishore Bhagat says that he came to Raipur from Bihar, but he worked at Pavbhaji and Dabeli shop in Mumbai for 10 years. From there, he learned the art of preparing this unique taste. Special chutney and secret masala are added to the Dabeli made of their hands, which makes its taste even wonderful. The Dabeli found here is first baked in butter, which makes it crispy and fun.
